In the New Hampshire Primary, there are several things to know regarding the competition for republican and democratic presidential votes alike. The New Hampshire primary essentially tested republican frontrunner Donald Trump as well as several other candidates. Considering Donald Trump won the Iowa Caucus last week on the 15th. This primary included a popular candidate Nikki Haley.  These are the two republican candidates who competed since Ron Desantis dropped out on January 21st.

Current President Joe Biden ended up winning the New Hampshire primary with ease, however his name was not included on the voting ballot. His main opponent in this race was Dean Philips,  a Democratic Congressman which had little chances to win compared to Biden because of his position as a frontrunner and former president.  Former President Donald Trump won the New Hampshire primary by gaining 12 delegates. Because of this Niki Haley who ended up competing in this race in second place, will have to work hard in order to compete against him in the future, Since the other candidates ended up dropping out of the race.

However Trump during the New Hampshire campaign escalated the pressure in an attempt to have Niki Kaley withdraw from the race before it even ended. After the race Nikki Haley exemplified words for the former president where she questioned his mental acuity after the results came in. Trump won the next two races with ease, being able to have the GOP

The Nevada Primary wasn’t much different from the New Hampshire primary, although it  was still an interesting turn of events during the Republican primary when Nikki Haley had a lot on her plate dealing with The Majority of Republican voters opting to choose the “none of these candidates' ' option on the ballot. It is shocking she didn’t gain more support as she is the only opposing candidate to republican frontrunner Donald Trump. However Donald Trump didn't even end up competing in the Nevada Primary on Tuesday, because of this no delegates were awarded for the GOP nomination.

Donald Trump instead honed his focus on the Causes and thus won the Iowa Caucus. Nikki Haley became the first candidate to lose a race to the “none of these candidates” option as it was introduced in 1975.  Nikki Haley spoke before about “Focusing on the states that are fair.” in this fashion she did not end up campaigning for the western state leading up to the caucuses. “Even Donald Trump knows that when you play penny slots the house wins.” -Spokesman Olivia Perez-Cubas. “We didn’t bother to play a game rigged for Trump. We’re full steam ahead in South Carolina and beyond.”

However during the Democratic primary, President Joe Biden won with little effort at all against Marianne WIlliamson and a couple of less popular candidates, also Dean Philips was not present on the Ballot. Biden later brought to light a statement thanking everyone for their support, and effectively warned about Trump dividing the country.

“I want to thank the voters of Nevada for sending me and Kamala Harris to the White House four years ago, and for setting us one step further on that same path again tonight. We must organize, mobilize, and vote. Because one day, when we look back, we’ll be able to say, when American democracy was a risk, we saved it — together,” Biden said.

“If your goal is to win the Republican nomination for president, you go where the delegates are. And it baffles me that Nikki Haley chose not to participate,” Trump’s senior campaign adviser Chris LaCivita said in an interview before the primary.

The South Carolina Primary is argued as the most important Primary because of all the weight behind it, Donald Trump ended up winning this Primary as well by double digits. The longer the race goes on for the harder it seems Nikki Haley will have to work. However Nikki Haley has vowed to stay in the race according to Erin Doherty.

"I have never seen the Republican Party so unified as it is right now," Trump said during remarks after his projected win.  Donald Trump was later joined on stage during his victory speech by the South Carolina Governor Henry Mcaster Sense. Sen. Tim Scott and Lindsey Graham as well as  reps Marjorie Taylor Greene and Nancy Mace among others. Nikki Haley congratulated Donald Trump on his win at the primary but also made sure everyone knew she was staying true to her word to stay in the race.

“I am a woman of my word.” "I'm not giving up this fight when the majority of Americans disapprove of both Donald Trump and Joe Biden. She also added that Americans have the right to a real choice. South Carolina being first in the south primary has been historically reliable for republicans; the outlier and exception for this was Newt Grinrich in 2012. Trump remained dominant throughout the state in the race, even throughout Lexington county. Late Nikki Haley said on stage, “I don’t believe that Donald Trump can Beat Joe Biden.” and later added onto this quote by saying “I said earlier this week that no matter what happens in South Carolina, I would continue to run.”

At the end of the day, the GOP Primaries have been a very unprecedented Sweep, with Republican Frontrunner Donald Trump winning every primary by a landslide.
