The new Dead by Daylight Chapter has been announced: Sinister Grace. This update will bring a new original killer as well as a new survivor.

Our New killer, Burong Sukapat “The Krasue,” is the 41st killer in the game. They have two different modes they swap between: Body and Head. The Body has a walk speed of 4.6 c/s, compared to the 4.0 c/s speed of a survivor. While in Body form, the main ability she has is Regurgitate. Similar to the Unknown’s UEX, when a Survivor is hit by Regurgitate, they get the status effect leech. The first stack of Leech only marks and will slowly fill up to Leech 2, but when hit a second time by Regurgitate, you will also reach Leech 2. Upon reaching Leech 2, you will become injured if Healthy, or Broken if Injured.

In her head form, just like the Japanese folklore of a Krasue, she becomes a floating head with her entrails attached, floating, whilst leaving her body on the floor. She uses the ability Corporal Weave to transition between these two forms. When in Head form, they lose their Regurgitation ability, but gain new abilities, as well as speed, moving at 4.8 c/s and an additional 8 meters of terror radius, boosting her up to 40 meters. In her head form, her basic attack will be replaced by Intestinal Whip. Intestinal whip will not do damage if the survivor is not infected with Leech, but it fills up the Leech meter 34%, so hitting a survivor that’s not infected 3 times will infect them. When a survivor with Leech one is struck, they will then go down a health state. The Krasue's other ability while in head mode is called Headlong Flight. This ability requires being 25% charged to use, and is purely for mobility. It sets the speed of The Krasue to 7.0c/s, and is perfect for gaining an advantage during a chase, or to quickly find a new victim.
Additional Leech info
At level 1, Leech will fill up 1.66% every second until Leech 2
When Leeched, the survivor's aura will be shown to the Krasue
Upon eating the glowing fungus, survivors will lose Leech at a rate of 5% a second
Playtesters have claimed that hitting Regurgitate consistently is difficult, so it is likely intended for the killer to first hit as many survivors as possible with Regurgitate, then swap to head form for speed to quickly down the survivors due to them having Leech
Data provided from the Official Dead By Daylight Wiki and Patch Notes
The Krasue brings 3 new perks: Hex: Overture of Doom, Ravenous, and Wandering Eye.
Hex: Overture of Doom places a hex totem at the beginning of the match as far as possible from the affected generator. This generator is highlighted with a yellow aura for the killer to see. After a survivor has spent at least 5 seconds repairing this generator, it will shift the killer's terror radius to the generator and grant the killer Undetectable for 20-30 seconds, depending on perk level
Ravenous will give the killer a token each time a survivor is hooked. Upon hooking 4 survivors, the perk will trigger, causing every survivor to scream and receive Exposed for 40/60 seconds, depending on perk level
Wandering Eye triggers when a chase starts. When Wandering Eye is triggered, it shows the aura of all nearby injured survivors within 16 Meters for 5 seconds. This perk has a cooldown of 40-30 seconds, depending on perk level

The newest survivor that has been added is named Vee Boonyasak. She is a new original character who originates from Thailand and drums for her band Axekick. She ended up in the fog after listening to a cursed VHS tape that only had disturbing voices.
The next day, she played with her band for a concert, and in the middle of the heated beats, dust, smoke, and fog filled the room, and when Vee opened her eyes, she arrived where she resides now
Vee brings the new perks along with her arrival: Ghost Notes, One-Two-Three-Four!, and Road Life
Ghost Notes makes it when you're affected with Exhausted, your scratch marks will disappear 50% faster, and you recover from Exhausted 5-10% faster, depending on perk level
One-Two-Three-Four! It will give you the prompt to use your active ability, which will make you start playing music, and will require you to make repeated skill checks. After 15 seconds of skill checks, any survivor within 16 meters of your performance will now have 20% more skill checks for 90 seconds. This is perfect for experienced players and teams who can consistently hit great skill checks for increased repairing and healing speed. This ability has a cooldown of 110-90 seconds, depending on perk level.
Road Life will give you one token after each great skill check, and you will lose two tokens for each failed skill check. After reaching 8-6 tokens (depending on perk level), your healing speed will be increased by 100%.
This new chapter, characters, and perks add a lot of new ways for Dead by Daylight to be played, and I can’t wait to see how others will use these new additions to outplay and outsmart others.
