The former president Donald trump will be forced to either pay the required amount in cash American currency or secure a bond in order to continue his appeal. Trump's Lawyer on Monday spoke about this bond being secured at such a large amount would be practically impossible to complete. If the former president is unable to complete what is asked of him then he will pay the price in which some of his real estate will be confiscated by the state attorney general.

Donald Trump later went on to speak about how unfair this was saying that coming up with a bond this size would be “practically impossible.” For a fee of course this would be guaranteed to go to the New York Court. A Bonding company will be forced to pay this fee if Donald Trump loses the appeal and is essentially unable to come up with the sum of money.

In the statement that Donald trump made he described the bond that he was going to be forced to pay would be “Impossible for any company, including one as successful as mine.” Proceeding to add on to this by saying “The companies have never heard of such a bond, of this size before.”

According to BBC news in order to secure a bond, someone has to be able to provide an understanding to the company providing the guarantee that they have enough liquidity. This normally comes in forms of cash or any other forms of money such as stocks, bonds, or securities which can be sold in a solidly efficient manner thus making up for the amount of money needing to be covered. Donald Trump's two sons will be held to pay millions of dollars in this case.

A judge recently this month passed a ban on Donald trump which will ban him from running a business of any sorts in the state for three years after being charged with falsely inflating his assets to score better loan deals. When this ban was passed they also denied his bid in order to provide a smaller bond total, coming to 100 million dollars in order to cover the fine.

The situation that has come up makes it difficult to  decide what the future entails for Donald Trump according to BBC News Mr Trump's unprecedented legal situation makes it difficult to predict next steps, said former federal prosecutor Diana Florence, who also said that penalties on this scale are usually levied against large companies.

As of March 25, 2024, Download Trump has but a few hours left in order to prevent the process of his assets being extracted from him. This threatens his empire, if he fails to secure a bond/fine the authorities of New York will be forced to freeze his bank account. After this there is a likelihood he will be given a date for his first criminal hearing. He will be expected to go there in person, in this particular case he may receive a lifeline from the New York appeals court.

However the next step in this situation would be a turnover notice in this case being signed by  a judge sent to the banks as well as the other firms. They will at this point give him the money needed. There are other ways that recently on Friday according to BBC news he claimed that he has acquired almost 50 million dollars in cash.

However there are other things that are risk for Donald Trump such as the 58 floor Trump tower as well as his other assets located in Florida such as the Mar-a-lago Club. According to Forbes estimate. Former President Donald Trumps net worth is around 2.6 billion dollars.

According to BBC news “The $464m judgement is not his only expense. He was ordered to pay $83m in January after losing a defamation case to E Jean Carroll, a woman he was found to have sexually abused. He has already posted a bond in that case.”

Due to all of this Former President Donald Trump is the first former president in the history of the united states to face the current charges he is undergoing as well as the criminal charges that he is dealing with across several cases.
